3.1 Ensure Access to Meet Student Needs

Leaders ensure access to technology, connectivityinclusive digital content and learning environments that meet the needs of all students.

In addition, Education leaders play a crucial role in ensuring that students' needs are met across all dimensions of their education.

This responsibility includes providing equitable access to learning opportunities, resources, and support services while fostering an environment that nurtures academic, social, emotional, and physical development.

Education leaders, such as principals, instructional coordinators, and senior teachers must set the tone for a holistic, inclusive, and responsive education system.

  1. I thoroughly enjoyed the video with the students fully engaged in the lesson. The explanations and demonstration from the teacher certainly captivated the students and they were very eager to not only participate by asking questions but also to manipulate the car. The level of excitement and interaction seen here shows that when planned and executed effectively, the inclusion of technology in the classroom by both teachers and students can be very beneficial.

  2. Good points made here. I agree that the leaders need to set the tone for the integration/use of technology in schools. They must also ensure that the needs of the students are met through the use of the technology.
